Land Art Workshops

LAND ART WORKSHOPS PROVIDES A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN NEW SKILLS AND CREATE ART INSPIRED BY NATURE.

In a fun environment, students will develop observational skills, knowledge of local ecology, collaboration and artistic skills. Guided by Award-Winning Artist Elaine Clocherty with 15 yrs experience, they will create individual and group artworks, using local natural materials which express and create connection with Nature.

Elaine is able to engender a sense of joy and confidence that is contagious and her gentle guidance, generosity and intelligence provide students engaging with her a full opportunity to explore their own creativity with materials and environments. I consider myself genuinely lucky to have been able to work with Elaine. Her creativity and wisdom bring to life amazingly beautiful environmental art scapes, a gift to any school/community. Susan Kosicki SW Program Manager.

Using examples from International Land Artists students/community members will individually and collectively create concepts and drawings to develop their works, in collaboration with Elaine. Workshops range from a one off workshop to a several days program which facilitates a major artwork.

CONTACT Elaine Clocherty to discuss a program that suits your school/class group.
